Opthimus 15 Years Malt Whisky Finish Rum is a special rum that has been allowed to mature for at least 15 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being rounded off with an additional maturation period in used single malt whisky barrels.
It is bottled in a limited edition and Don Pedro Oliver vouches for the quality of the rum with his signature on each individually numbered bottle.
