BBQ Deluxe spice blend

We decided on these spice compositions after much trial and error. Some spices were refined by cold smoking, which specifically supports the special aroma. These ingredients are included in BBQ Deluxe: Paprika (flakes, powder), bell pepper (black, white, red), Himalayan pepper, grapefruit pepper, andaliman pepper, mustard seed (white, brown), thyme, oregano, marjoram, rosemary, bay leaf, tarragon, cumin, vanilla, chili (flakes, powder), garlic powder, onion powder, coconut blossom sugar and sea salt.

Here's what you can season with the BBQ Deluxe spice blend:

• Meat (beef, pork, chicken).
• Vegetables (eggplant, corn)
• Sheep cheese
• Tofu

Feel free to season other ingredients and dishes as well. In addition, BBQ Deluxe is not exclusively for grilling, but also for refining pan dishes and sauces.
