Coriander seeds organic

The coriander seeds smell lightly of lemon, rose and lavender. Refine your dishes with it or use the roasted coriander seeds for fresh spice blends.

With this coriander seed you expand your spice assortment. The aromatic fruits come directly from our local partner in the province of Kairouan in Tunisia. There the coriander plants are grown organically, the fruits are carefully harvested and cleaned. The coriander seeds bring a sophisticated spice to your dishes. Whether Asian, oriental or to refine the local cuisine - with coriander seeds you give the dishes even more spice.

The right use

To extract even more flavor from the seeds, we recommend lightly toasting them. Feel free to follow these tips:

• Do not use oil in the pan
• Medium heat (i.e. not too hot)
• Keep the seeds moving

When the aroma of the seeds increases, you can already remove the pan from the heat. You can then process the aromatic seeds fresh into powder. Alternatively, you can order the coriander powder from roots. Of course, we have roasted the coriander seeds for you before processing.
