For us, only directly and from biodynamic small-scale cultivation from a local partner of the island of Crete. Only sustainable herbs from controlled wild collections or organic small-scale cultivation come into the assortment. We have been on site for every product, pay very fairly and pay strict attention to environmental protection. As a family business, we store, inspect, sort and pack all herbs by hand.
