The herb salt contains high-quality dried Mediterranean herbs and is freshly mixed together with fleur de sel from the Algarve. Since the salt content is relatively low, add more salt as needed. Our herb salt fits almost everywhere and already tastes wonderful with a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pepper.
