Fleur de sel is extracted from seawater and has a fine, delicate flake structure and a mild taste. It is considered one of the most delicious salts in the world. In the Messolonghi region, it is called "Afrina".
Here, in western Greece, it has been painstakingly collected by hand in a lagoon for centuries and is not refined. A very special taste experience!
