Mustard seed black refill

Black mustard seeds are actually grayish to dark red. However, from a distance, the seeds appear black. You can use the black mustard seeds similar to the yellow mustard seeds.

The black mustard seed tastes a bit sharper and more bitter than the yellow one and reminds a bit of horseradish. Despite these concise characteristics, you can use black mustard seeds wonderfully versatile.
