Our mustard seeds are a special variety and come directly from the Panchthar province in Nepal.
Yellow mustard seeds develop a fine spiciness during preparation. Accordingly, you can use the yellow mustard seeds wonderfully for many dishes. Simmer the small seeds or process them fresh to powder. The yellow mustard seeds are excellent for the following dishes:
- Fish
- Meat
- soups
- sauces
Or you can pickle the seeds and make your own mustard.
Combining yellow mustard seeds with spices and herbs
Yellow mustard seeds combine well with other spices and herbs. We especially recommend combining them with "classic" spices such as pepper and chili. Likewise with herbs, established kitchen herbs such as thyme and tarragon are a good choice.
