Rose Valley apricot brandy

Fruit brandy from particularly carefully selected, ripe apricots. The apricots are gently mashed and distilled without stone. The velvety, distinctive aroma of the distillate flatters the nose and palate and convinces with typical fruit notes and mild alcohol.

Mild alcohol, aromatic, velvety, fruity with elegant accents.

Ingredients:
Apricots from the Lake Constance region

Processing:
The fully ripe fruits are pitted directly after harvest and gently cold fermented.

Production:
gentle double distillation

Bottling quantity:
Approx. 300 bottles per year

Application:
as a digestif or for dessert as a corresponding fruit flavoring

Alcohol content:
44 % vol.
