Gin Rose Valley "Winter Edition" is a GIN with winter spices and goji berry. It is characterized by strong spicy notes, fruity sweet goji berry and juniper. By using floral botanicals, noble pepper and spices, the GIN is spicy, floral and fruity at the same time.
It is an excellent fit for the cold season and is suitable for drinking neat or as a cocktail base/gin and tonic.
Aroma:
Mild alcohol, juniper, floral and spice aromas, fruity sweet goji berry.

13 botanicals/spices, orange peel, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, goji berry ...
Processing:
Botanicals are macerated in a gentle cold extract, with neutral alcohol carefully distilled beforehand. In this process, the macerate is given a lot of time. The solid components are then separated from the liquid ones. The macerate then goes into the still, and fresh botanicals are additionally added to the aroma basket during distillation.
Manufacture:
Gentle distillation, with additional botanicals during distillation in the aroma basket.
Recommendation:
As an aperitif, pure to enjoy, for a delicious martini or gin and tonic, as a cocktail base.
