How does the Rose Valley Single Malt Whisky Cask No.8 taste?
The cask provides this single malt whisky with strong sherry flavors and a dry, smooth and full mouthfeel. Spicy oily. Opening with dried figs, plums, raisins, dark chocolate and dry citrus zest framed in a subtle oak note. The finish is long with dried fruit.

The Rose Valley Single Malt Whisky Cask No. 8 is not cold-filtered or added artificial colors. In addition, it is not a finish! This whisky is matured for 3 years as first fill, in a 40 year old Oloroso Butt, which was sourced from our partners in the famous Bodegas of Jerz de la Frontera.
