Smoky Rose Batch 2
The basis of this single malt is our Saxon whisky, which was first allowed to mature completely in a Madeira cask.
A carefully selected ex-Laphroaig cask gave it its unmistakable signature at the end.
The result is an exciting composition: the fruity richness and sweet-spicy elegance of the Madeira cask combine with the elegant peat notes of Laphroaig to create a multi-layered balance.
Harmoniously integrated smoke meets lively fruit, fine spice and subtle oak notes.
A long-lasting taste experience, strictly limited due to the exceptional cask maturation.

Barley and roasted barley malt
Processing:
The malt is broken down without technical enzymes. Similar to beer brewing, the malt is added to hot water. The starch contained in the malt is then converted into fermentable sugar through various temperature levels and the added malt.
