More information about Rose Valley Single Malt Whisky
The basis of this exceptional Peatet single malt is our Cask No. 13 - a Saxon whisky that initially matured completely in an orange wine cask.
Part of this edition was then finished in an ex-Laphroaig cask, which gives the whisky an elegant smoky depth.
The result is a fascinating balance: fruity richness, spicy complexity and harmoniously integrated peat smoke, carried by an elegant sweetness and fine oak notes.
A long-lasting taste experience - limited due to the special cask maturation.

Processing:
The malt is broken down without technical enzymes. Similar to beer brewing, the malt is added to hot water. The starch contained in the malt is then converted into fermentable sugar through various temperature levels and the added malt.
