Rose Valley sweet cherry brandy

Our noble, delicate fruit brandy from hand-picked sweet cherries is mashed and distilled without stones. For this purpose, the stones are removed from the fruit directly after harvesting, so that a pure, intense fruit flavor can develop without the typical almond aroma of the stones. During the gentle double distillation, a mild sweet cherry brandy with fine vanilla notes thus develops.

Sweet cherries, from regional home gardens and our own orchard.

The fully ripe fruits are hand-picked, pitted and gently cold fermented

Production:

Bottling quantity:
Approx. 300 bottles per year

as an aperitif and digestif
