Our Single Malt Whisky Cask No. 5 comes from a single cask bottling. It is not cold filtered and contains no artificial colors. It is not a finish!
This whiskey is matured for 4 years as a first fill in a Marsala barrel from the Sicilian winery Florio. The barrel provides a multifaceted aroma and an intense color. Smooth, with intense spicy aroma of juicy fruit, cinnamon, vanilla and caramel, framed in a subtle wood note with silky smooth, long-lasting fruity warming finish.
Bottles are hand numbered and limited to 467.

Ingredients:
Best British barley and roasted barley malt.
Processing:
The malt is broken down without technical enzymes. Similar to brewing beer, the malt is added to hot water. Through various temperature levels and the added malt, the starch it contains is then converted into fermentable sugars.
