Our Schwechow apple brandy combines the advantages of different apple varieties. This brandy therefore impresses with a wonderfully balanced mix of sweet and sour notes, which ensure a lively taste experience.
Only the best and most aromatic fruits are used for our apple brandy. The apples come from our own harvest from one of the oldest fruit-growing regions in Germany. The combination of three different apple varieties, ripened on the tree and harvested at the optimum time determined by the master distiller, is what makes Schwechow apple brandy so special.
Our fruit brandies undergo a gentle, intensive maceration process during the distillation cycle. The resulting fruit mash from the fermented fruit is then distilled in the still and finally distilled in the column, the 3 bell bottoms of the plant.
Thanks to many years of experience in fruit processing and state-of-the-art distilling technology, the Schwechow fruit brandy is a real treat for lovers of the finest delicacies.

Schwechow fruit distillery
Schwechow Manor is a historic estate built in 1229, which today houses the Schwechow Fruit Distillery. The distillery produces fine fruit brandies, spirits, liqueurs and gin and is located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Elbe Valley Nature Park. The distillery originally dates back to the 18th century. Today, high-quality spirits are produced here under the motto "Preserve tradition, shape the future", including many in limited editions. Our fruit brandies, spirits and liqueurs are made from the best and most aromatic fruit. The estate's lovingly restored former pigeon house houses Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's first fruit capper distillery. Our high-quality Platinum products in mouth-blown glass decanters round off our premium range.
