The Mediterranean-style gin liqueur lime basil is made on the basis of Schwechower Original Gin and refined with lime juice and basil. It combines the acidity of fresh lime with spicy basil and has an unobtrusive sweetness. The juniper is discreetly in the background.
Gin liqueur is a delight on its own as well as an exciting mixing ingredient for a variety of long drinks and cocktails!
Schwechow liqueurs are a harmony of the finest distillate and high-quality fruit juice. The high-quality fruit is preserved and pressed into alcohol. This is followed by filtration and, unlike our fruit brandies and spirits, no distillation. In the final step for our irresistible liqueur, it is refined with sweetness and various aromas.

Schwechow fruit distillery
Schwechow Manor is a historic estate built in 1229, which today houses the Schwechow Fruit Distillery. The distillery produces fine fruit brandies, spirits, liqueurs and gin and is located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Elbe Valley Nature Park. The distillery originally dates back to the 18th century. Today, high-quality spirits are produced here under the motto "Preserve tradition, shape the future", including many in limited editions. Our fruit brandies, spirits and liqueurs are made from the best and most aromatic fruit. The estate's lovingly restored former pigeon house houses Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's first fruit capper distillery. Our high-quality Platinum products in mouth-blown glass decanters round off our premium range.
