Selected, aroma-preserving pumpkins pressed in alcohol serve as the basis for the full-bodied pumpkin liqueur, which is produced without distillation. The fruit liqueur is then filtered and refined with the help of exquisite sweetness and fine aromas.
While the sweetening serves to preserve the liqueur, the addition of flavors harmoniously matched to the recipe ensures the infinite finesse of the exclusive and handcrafted liqueur. The rich orange color of the full-bodied spirit evokes associations with bright orange, juicy pumpkins, warmth, light and cheerfulness.
Only first-class quality pumpkins are used in the production cycle. The fruits, which belong to the berry family and are related to melons and cucumbers, are in season from September to November and have a good eco-balance, fascinating with a nutty-fruity aroma that inspires the taste buds. The orange-colored flesh contains an above-average concentration of invigorating beta-carotene.

Schwechow fruit distillery
Schwechow Manor is a historic estate built in 1229, which today houses the Schwechow Fruit Distillery. The distillery produces fine fruit brandies, spirits, liqueurs and gin and is located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Elbe Valley Nature Park. The distillery originally dates back to the 18th century. Today, high-quality spirits are produced here under the motto "Preserve tradition, shape the future", including many in limited editions. Our fruit brandies, spirits and liqueurs are made from the best and most aromatic fruit. The estate's lovingly restored former pigeon house houses Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's first fruit capper distillery.
