How is the SEIS14 Gintol made?
This innovative spirit is made from the Sotol plant Dasylirion Wheeleri in small bottling quantities and is refined with the typical gin botanicals. Dasylirion plants are related to agave and must grow for up to 25 years before they can be harvested. All ingredients come from Mexico. One Sotol Piña makes one bottle of SEIS14 Gintol!
