How is SEIS14 Gintol produced?
This innovative spirit is produced from the Dasylirion Wheeleri sotol plant in small batches and refined with the typical gin botanicals. The Dasylirion plants are related to agaves and have to grow for up to 25 years before they can be harvested. All ingredients come from Mexico. One Sotol-Piña makes one bottle of SEIS14 Gintol!
