The classic ingredients - consisting of natural spring water sourced from the Helderberg water reservoir, alcohol refined through double distillation and fresh juniper - are given a uniquely South African touch when combined with rooibos and buchu, two herbs that also grow in the Cape Floral Kingdom.

While rooibos provides a gentle honey note, buchu gives Selection 16/79 Cape Floral Gin a nice freshness. Nuances of lemon, rosemary and eucalyptus add the finishing touches to this elegant gin that is smooth on the palate.
