The classic ingredients - consisting of natural spring water from the Helderberg water reservoir, alcohol refined by double distillation and fresh juniper - are given a unique South African touch in combination with rooibos and buchu, two herbs that also grow in the Cape Floral Kingdom.

While rooibos provides a gentle honey note, buchu gives Selection 16/79 Cape Floral Gin a lovely freshness.
