A great example of their brewing skills is XXXX: the powerful India Pale Ale brings a whopping 9.25% alcohol content to the glass and builds its exuberant hop diversity on a stable base of four different malt varieties The successful balance of soft, sweet and shaping grain is the perfect foundation for the hops and also gives the beer a wonderfully velvety mouthfeel The hop varieties Summit, Cascade and Centennial hops provide juicy notes of red grapefruit, ripe tropical fruit and brown speckled banana A dry, subtly balanced bitterness underpins the interplay of aromas and gives the beer contrast and structure
