More information about Hazy Little Thing IPA
This beer comes directly from the sunny beaches of California to us in Germany And we really do mean the most direct route, because this IPA is a very special beer
Brewers always have the privilege of being the very first to taste their creations During the brewing process, they taste the raw beer and get to know their beer in a way that is usually unattainable for the end consumer Now the brewers at the Californian brewery Sierra Nevada are giving us the opportunity to taste a beer in its raw state Hazy Little Thing is an IPA that has been bottled unprocessed and straight from the tank into cans
A diamond in the rough!
Hazy Little Thing presents itself in a cloudy golden hue in the glass and forms a fine, white head A well-balanced mixture of hops and malt rises from the foam In the nose, soft caramel and roasted malt combine with the freshness of tangy citrus fruits, a little juicy pineapple and a hint of pine resin The first sip is hoppy: Orange and lemon make their debut, pineapple, mango and passion fruit join them The malt stays discreetly in the background The IPA from California is pleasantly dry and shows a nice bitterness that increases towards the finish
Fruity, juicy, sweet, slightly sour and nicely bitter - exactly what we expect from a good IPA!
