More information about Staffelberg-Bräu Helles Vollbier
Mountain climbing is a hobby that brings pure fulfillment to some and makes others break out in a sweat long before the ascent. While some are attracted by the majestic landscape, the dizzying heights, the narrow, root-covered paths, the grazing cows and the incomparable alpine flora, others see only one thing: unnecessary exertion. We don't want to take sides, which is why we are not presenting the Staffelberg to you here, but the beer from Staffelberg-Bräu.
The brewery at the foot of the Franconian hill has a diverse range of Bavarian classics that don't just taste good if you've climbed a mountain first. A favorite among the creations brewed according to the purity law is the Helle Vollbier. Like all beers from Staffelberg-Bräu, this beer is made with the purest water from the brewery's own mountain spring and regional ingredients. The result is a well-rounded brew with a pleasant 5.0% alcohol content and a harmonious composition of gently roasted malt and delicate hops from the Hallertau region.
The pale full-bodied beer from Staffelberg has a clear, golden yellow body with a white crown. The taste is composed of sunny grain, toasted bread, creamy honey and herbs. The hops also provide a dry, fresh bitterness that skillfully balances the soft malt.
