Stellenbosch Reserve Syrah 2020 - Red wine

The Stellenbosch Reserve Syrah presents itself in a beautiful shade of red in the glass and exudes the wonderful aroma of violets and rich dark fruits. Aromas of plums, blackcurrants and blackberries are particularly present. The expressive fruit notes are balanced on the palate by spicy nuances such as allspice and bay leaf. The fine tannins, which the red wine owes to its sixteen months of ageing in French oak, give the Stellenbosch Reserve Syrah a lovely mouthfeel before it finishes with a lingering finish. Enjoy this red wine on its own, but it is also an excellent accompaniment to spicy dishes with dark meat or game.
