More information about San Juanito Amanecer
Made from 100% own vines from the vineyards of San Juanito. Production was limited to 6,000 bottles. It was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and bottled with natural cork.
This fresh wine captures the essence of the fruit-driven character of the region and presents its acidity and flawless raspberry flavors, untouched by oak, thanks to its youth and exclusive aging in stainless steel tanks.
Amanecer shows a deep inviting purple color and signals the youthful and fresh character of the wine. The aroma is a symphony of vibrant red and black fruits, with distinct notes of ripe blackberries, cherries and hints of plums.
On the palate, this Malbec delivers an explosion of pure fruitiness without the influence of oak and offers a silky, medium-bodied texture. The lively acidity and soft tannins are retained.
It is an excellent accompaniment to Mexican cuisine, such as tacos or enchiladas.
