The Sentinel Rum stands for the further development of our craft and our combination of tradition and innovation. Based on a Wedderburn-style Caribbean blend, it combines bold flavors with authentic character and has Dominican smoothness at its core. A hint of Jamaican high-ester notes complements a lively, fruity depth.
The taste is an expressive rum with layers of toffee and dark chocolate that unfold into ripe stone fruits and dried figs - supported by a warm, long finish.
Thanks to our specially developed Acoustic Ageing process, Sentinel Rum matures in perfect harmony with Pedro Ximénez sherry, American and French oak, in two toasting stages. This creates the complexity and balance of a twelve-year-old rum in a precise process.
The dark red, silky matt bottle with maritime, time-traveling motifs honours the history of rum on the high seas and at the same time points the way to its future. A guardian of tradition - reimagined for the modern rum lover.
