The inspiration for the salt gin came from the island of Sylt and combines the wild charm of the North Sea coast with typical island herbs such as heather, sea fennel and rosehip.
To capture the salty note, the gin is filtered through the shells of fresh Sylt royal oysters. This wicked distillate captures the cool breeze and the rough atmosphere of the coast. The salt gin is a limited Nordic-maritime creation.
