The white rhum is distilled from Central American molasses and matured in ex-sherry casks. The ageing gives it smoky aromas that are complemented by fruity, dry sherry tones. With an alcohol strength of 50% by volume and a champagne-colored hue, it offers a dry to tart taste, with floral notes and a long-lasting, multi-layered finish.
