We present our new gin, fresh and with very refreshing aromas. Straight from our organic fields. The main ingredients juniper, coriander, lemongrass, orange peel and cucumber are added for 4 days of maceration, the other botanicals only shortly before the distillation process.
Golden wheat - specially grown and organically certified - and clear water from the Harz foreland allow an excellent mash to mature. This forms the basis for an outstanding, carefully crafted distillate. The botanicals, hand-picked and organically grown according to family tradition, are added during the small-batch distillation process. We use two different processes (dry & wet) for Tommy's Craft Gin in order to bring out the aroma of the botanicals in the best possible way. Only after passing quality control is TOMMYS bottled and given the flag on the neck of the bottle. TOMMYS GIN has won international awards.
