More information about Trebitsch Single Malt Whisky
The basis is the 40% original Trebitsch single malt whisky. After maturing for four years in new oak barrels, it is then stored in 350 liter barrels in which French cognac has matured for 6 years. These casks are carefully selected from renowned producers in the Cognac region of western France.
Whisky enriches the overall finesse of the cognac with the aroma of plums and other autumn fruits. The finish with licorice tones, mixed with wet oak leaves and a slightly spicy cayenne aroma softened with candied sugar.
