Triple Head's Apple Spirit is one of four new releases from the brand. The first batch includes only 49 bottles.
In its first bottling, the apple distillate is aged in Hungarian oak. The barrel gave the spirit a beautiful amber color. The aged apple spirit has a very pleasant aroma of medium intensity. The barrel has done its job. The brandy smells of caramel, baked apples, cinnamon and some oak, with notes of cherries also appearing.
In the dry taste we find apple, oak, spices - mainly black pepper, cinnamon and cloves. These spices remain in the finish, which thanks to them is long and warming.
