Rarely distilled and matured. The barrel-aged cherry brandy from Triple Head was finished in red wine barrels made of French oak, in which pear brandy had previously been matured. Sounds interesting? It tastes that way too.
The aroma includes notes of cinnamon, raisins, ripe grapes and baked fruit. The taste is characterized by plum, chocolate, cinnamon and cloves. Cherries are best recognized in the finish, where they evoke the aroma of cherry pralines with dark chocolate.
The barrel-aged cherry brandy from Triple Head is an unusual, tasty and surprising product. Straight from the Silesian distillery.
