More information about Okowita z pszenicy

A spirit made from selected grain - the best wheat from the harvests of Andrzej Urbanek's farm. The liqueur was awarded a gold medal at the 2020 Warsaw Spirits Competition.

When tasting this distillate, you can recognize an aroma of sweet, fresh hay, cereals, some cucumber and citrus fruits. The taste of this spirit is quite tart - you can taste pumpernickel, starch or cooked rice.

Wheat brandy is a spirit with a very strong character. You could say it is a drink with rough edges.

The long, warming finish is probably due to the raw material and the slightly higher alcohol content.

A distillate with character for the discerning taster.

Urbanek

The history of the Urbanek family farm in Korczyn dates back to 1847. At that time they managed one of the largest farms in the area and one of the first established orchards. Today, Andrzej Urbanek manages the farm and, together with Podkarpacka Distillery, has created his own brand of spirits - from orchards (apples, pears, plums), fields and crops (wheat, corn, potatoes).
