Farmer Andrzej Urbanek, who surprised everyone with his first line of 2020 spirits, is raising the bar once again. The winner of a series of gold medals at last year's Warsaw Spirits Competition is launching a new product on the market.
1,400 kg of strawberries of the Elkat and Honeoye varieties from Andrzej Urbanek's own cultivation found their way to Podkarpacka Destylarnia Okowity, where the first edition of the strawberry brandy was produced in just 340 bottles.

The history of the Urbanek family farm in Korczyn dates back to 1847. At that time they managed one of the largest farms in the area and one of the first established orchards. Today, Andrzej Urbanek manages the farm and, together with Podkarpacka Distillery, has created his own brand of spirits - from orchards (apples, pears, plums), fields and crops (wheat, corn, potatoes).
