Our Slesvig Akvavit with 40% vol, a 100% distilled aquavit (unlike the simple products "with herbal extracts)! As a local specialty Porse is added during distillation, which still grows on the border with Denmark in some secret places. The distillate is stored in ex-sherry barrels, which are now rare, but they give the soft, round and unique taste of our aquavit!

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand.
