More information about Warwick Cabernet Franc 2020
Only the best barrels were selected for the Warwick Cabernet Franc. The grapes come from a single vineyard and give the red wine a multi-faceted character. Floral aromas of violets unfold on the nose and are accompanied by dried rosemary and the scent of blackcurrants. The Warwick Cabernet Franc also shows its fruity side on the palate. Notes of thyme and dark chocolate provide even more complexity. The fine and well-balanced tannin structure gives the red wine, which has matured for 24 months in French oak, a pleasant mouthfeel. The Warwick Cabernet Franc is best enjoyed with lamb in a herb marinade, but the red wine is also a delight on its own.
