This red wine with a strong character, made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, develops a multi-layered bouquet with aromas of dark berries, tobacco and earthy tones. Over time, nuances of black currants and plums are added. Fine tannins caress the palate and are accompanied by cedar and oak notes. Enjoy Warwick The Blue Lady, aged for 24 months in French oak, best with a nice fillet of beef with baked potatoes. The red wine also combines wonderfully with vegetarian dishes with roasted vegetables. However, you should also definitely try the Warwick The Blue Lady neat.
