This fine malt distillate comes fresh from our still. This is the raw material of the year 2021, reduced to drinking strength, which we use ourselves to fill our barrels. Attention: Limited edition of 199 bottles!

Processing:
Similar to beer brewing, the malt is stirred into hot water. The starch it contains is converted into fermentable sugar through various resting and temperature stages. After lautering, i.e. separating the liquid and solid components, yeast is added to the resulting wash.
