About the winery:
The Wunsch und Mann winery is a family business covering around twenty hectares of the best sites in Wettolsheim and the surrounding villages, including the large Steingrubler and Hengst sites. The MANN family has been cultivating the vineyard since 1793. In 1948, Joseph Wunsch joined forces with Joseph Mann and founded the company Wunsch und Mann.
In 1970, after the death of Joseph Wunsch, Joseph Mann took over the management of the company. Since then, the entire Mann family has taken care of the entire cultivation process, from the vines to the bottle, with great attention to detail.
