More information about 12 x Finne Organic Scottish Ale
The Scottish Ale owes its round taste and delicious aroma of coffee and dark chocolate to its finely balanced blend of 6 different types of malt: Pale Ale, Vienna, Munich, Wheat, Caramel and Chocolate. In order to better perceive the aroma development, we recommend a drinking temperature that is slightly higher than that of a classic lager.

Beer snacks such as cheese cubes from the Hafenkäserei Münster and other snacks round off the visit to our brewery. In addition to on-site production, we produce six varieties of our beers - Helles, Pilsners, India Pale Ale, Scottish Ale, Naturradler and Beach Brew - non-alcoholic - at friendly breweries in NRW. There we find ideal conditions to implement our recipes developed in Münster 1 to 1 and to produce small quantities for the trade. Our motivation Beer belongs to the Westphalian culture like the cathedral...
