This gin is characterized by herbal aromas such as rosemary, thyme and basil. The Mediterranean herbs are accompanied by 12 botanicals from the Kassel Bergpark; one ingredient is used for each heroic deed of Hercules. Hand-picked herbs such as eucalyptus, sea buckthorn, blackberry leaves and rose blossom ensure a unique taste experience.
Friends of an interesting herbal note will get their money's worth with the 535 Upstairs Dry Gin. Twelve herbs from the Kassel Bergpark form the basis for a Mediterranean aroma. Rosemary, thyme and basil are at the forefront of the Kassel gin and are complemented by well-harmonizing botanicals such as eucalyptus, sea buckthorn and pomegranate.

Production:
A shortened maceration process helps to develop a particularly aromatic herbal note. The Mediterranean botanicals develop their special aroma for a full 48 hours in a high-quality German-quality wheat distillate. Fresh spring water from the region reduces the alcohol content to a pleasant 43% vol. After each individual bottle has been bottled and labeled by hand, it makes its way to you.
Recommendation:
In our eyes, a refreshingly sparkling tonic water contrasts perfectly with the Mediterranean herbal notes of the 535 Upstairs Dry Gin. That's why we choose Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water for the Kassler gin. Combined with pomegranate, rosemary and a basil bud, this blend is an absolute insider tip.
