Mustard with a difference. We have only used dark mustard here. Combined with red wine, raisins, beetroot and chilli, the result is a true marvel of effects.
As the name suggests, this mustard entices with a lovely fruity and sweet note. Suddenly, an intense "horseradish spiciness" emerges, which really hits the nose. Now the taste changes. The tartness and taste of the red wine comes through. The finish becomes sweet again, followed by a slowly increasing and strong spiciness.
