The slightly grainy spicy mustard is characterized by its high proportion of black mustard seed. The sharpness is given a delicate fruity-sweet note by the addition of apple and pear juice as well as the Leipzig honey of the beekeeping Mohr.
Lovers of a certain spiciness can enjoy the mustard with meat dishes or in a vinaigrette.
