Notes of dark chocolate and blueberries, paired with a hint of licorice and dried herbs, meet an earthy depth that is underlined by the perfectly integrated oak note. Soft tannins lend the wine additional complexity and sophistication.
With its silky lightness combined with a powerful structure, the Anthonij Rupert Cabernet Franc is a pleasure on its own. The red wine, which has matured for 24 months in barriques and three years in the bottle, is also a highlight with dark meat or savory dishes.
