The main actors in the Protagonista 2020 red wine cuvée are the three grape varieties Marselan, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. These were each fermented separately with wild yeast to form three all-standing wines spontaneously before being blended together to form the cuvée. The Protagonista from Antigua Bodega Stagnari was then aged in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention to create a limited edition.
