The main protagonists in the Protagonista 2020 red wine cuvée are the three grape varieties Marselan, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. These were each fermented separately with wild yeast to produce three separate wines before being blended together to create the cuvée. The Protagonista from Antigua Bodega Stagnari was then matured in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention and refined into a limited edition.
