100% Pinot Noir from the Kaiserstuhl - that's the apros Red Vermouth. The grapes come from Freiherr von Gleichenstein in Baden, one of the warmest regions in Germany. The wine is matured in large wooden barrels and barriques. With this vermouth, you have something special in your glass, as red wines are rarely used in vermouth production.
Aromas of local cherries, bergamot, lavender and a lovely spiciness of cardamom and cinnamon are very present. It also has a round tannin structure.

The apros Red Vermouth tastes wonderful as a vermouth soda with ice and lemon peel, as a spritz or with floral tonic waters. But we also like it very much in a Negroni or Manhattan - something different.
