Two souls merge in the apros Rosé Vermouth: a Baden RomCom with Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir from Freiherr von Gleichenstein in the leading roles. A bitter-sweet symphony with balanced acidity, rosé gold in the glass.
We also find present notes of rosemary and orange peel as well as pink pepper and sweet-tart angelica root.
We recommend
Excellent on the rocks with a sprig of rosemary or as a Pink Negroni. We also like to infuse the apros Rosé Vermouth with a German sparkling wine.
