Complex with wonderfully fruity aromas of red berries and plums on the nose - this is the Asara Vineyard Collection Merlot. The red wine also shows its fruity side on the palate with notes of raspberries and cherries. A hint of mint and undertones of vanilla make the taste experience perfect. The silky soft tannin structure is beautifully balanced with the rich fruit nuances and the oak notes, which the Asara Vineyard Collection Merlot owes to its fourteen to sixteen months of ageing in French oak, are well integrated. This complex red wine is therefore a treat for the palate on its own, but it is also a wonderful accompaniment to pasta or dishes with dark meat and a fruity sauce.
