This reposado tequila offers a wonderfully balanced and inviting experience.
The nose opens with sweet agave, vanilla, pepper, fruity notes, orange peel, paprika, basil, orange blossom and a hint of butterscotch. On the palate it shows a harmonious blend of sweet agave, vanilla, caramel, pepper, earthy notes, butter, melon, cherry, orange, aniseed, spearmint, nutmeg and honey. The finish is clear, bright and smooth, with a light, watery mouthfeel - most of the flavors fade gently, while a lingering sweetness and a fresh, crisp feel remain.
A sophisticated and versatile reposado, perfect for drinking neat or in cocktails.

Tequila Atanasio stammt aus der charmanten Stadt San Pedro de los Landeros, nur 10 Autominuten nordwestlich der Stadt Tequila. Sein Name, inspiriert von spanischen und griechischen Ursprüngen, bedeutet “unsterblich” – eine Hommage an Tio Atanasio, einen Agavenbauern, der 103 Jahre alt wurde.
