The Babylonstoren Nebukadnesar Magnum presents itself in an impressive dark red in the glass and reveals its multifaceted richness on the nose. The cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (49%), Merlot (35%), Petit Verdot (13.5%), Cabernet Franc (12%) and Malbec (0.5%) delights with its aromatic complexity.
"Earthy tones, cedar, oregano and thyme provide spicy aromas, while notes of blackberries, plums and dark cherries lend the red wine a fruity component.
With its great texture and velvety soft tannins, this opulent red wine is a real treat for the palate. Especially in the large bottle, it is a pleasure on its own.
Dishes with game or dark meat can be perfectly combined with the Babylonstoren Nebuchadnesar. The wine matured for 23 months in French oak and five months in the bottle - a combination with lamb in rosemary is particularly recommended.
